I have a couple of times e-mailed you to bring to your attention things that weren’t as I thought they should be but I want to write concerning something I thought was excellent.
You may recall that I e-mailed you a while ago about UPVC courses aimed at practising locksmiths who want to improve their knowledge around UPVC work, you gave me three options, DG Supplyline, Greenfox and MPL in Bradford.
****** and ****** (names removed) didn’t even do me the courtesy of answering my e-mail enquiry, MPL on the other hand responded within 24hours, I then spoke to Graham Jones on the telephone who explained the courses that MPL are able to offer and the areas they cover etc and gave some advice and support concerning a current job I had.
Earlier this week I went to MPL in Bradford to undertake the one-day UPVC course; firstly Graham keeps the classes very small and mine was actually one to one which helped enormously as he was able to dedicate all of his time to me. Graham is clearly an extremely successful and experienced locksmith and not only did he cover the UPVC areas that I had asked for he took time out to give me lots of tips on all sorts of things and because I am new in business he spent a while covering his tips for to maximise marketing opportunities as a new company.
I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed my day at MPL, sadly the day passed all too quickly, Graham himself is extremely personable, and an excellent teacher and quite inspirational for and aspiring student locksmith.
I will also write something on the forum as I’d recommend this course to all new locksmiths starting out, I no longer have a fear of UPVC and Graham also provides post course telephone or e-mail support for all students which is extremely reassuring.
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction
Many thanks

I would like to take this opportunity in thanking yourself, Eddy and the team behind MPL for the excellent, no nonsense, practical training that was provided over the three day course.
After taking the initial step of phoning to enquire about the course, I was put at ease with your no pressure approach and the chat regarding where i wanted to go with pursuing my future in the locksmith business.
With the knowledge that was passed to me and the tools acquired I have now set up my own business and have the confidence to go out on my own knowing that the MPL team are still there to support me.
I would also like to thank the guys that were on the course with myself it was a real pleasure to meet you all and good luck in your futures.

Subject: TestimonialGraham,
I am emailing you to put on the record the satisfaction and sense of achievement I feel after my 3 day training course with you at your training centre in Bradford. From my initial phone call to you and your friendly and knowledge backroom staff re my ideas about doing a locksmith course to the hotel we stayed in, all was as promised. Quality training from you and Eddy and I know you held none of your specialized training back. I am now back in Dublin and feel more confident about my future in the locksmith arena.
Very best regards and my sincere thanks to all.

Subject: ThanksHi Graham,
Just to say thanks for a very interesting and hands on course (13th – 14th May), the skills that you and Eddie taught us in such a short time was outstanding I will never forget it and the tour around the BCFC grounds, i must admit that i had a lump in my throat especially after seeing the memorial and hearing your story of that trafic day.
I hope to start trading as LPS, Locksmtih & Property Services in Barnlsey by the 1st June, I have a business plan in place and now just waiting for funding from one or three sources. I will buy the tools and start up stock from MPL and use you as my sole supplier once trading. If you could put any wor my way in South Yorkshire it would be greatfully appreciated. Many thanks and best regards

I completed the MPL Training Course around 3 months ago. As an ex army member I needed to get a new trade behind me. I decided I wanted to do something practical and the locksmithing side of things has always interested me. As a local course in the area I decided to give it a go and was thoroughly pleased with what I got out of the course. I’m now building my own business up slowly, and it’s hard work, but with the skills and methods I picked up on the course I haven’t been stuck on a job yet. I’d highly recommend it to anyone – if you want to ask me any questions just give call MPL and they will happily refer you to me.
Lea Rodgers, Birmingham
Although a number of hours away from me I spoke to Graham about his companies training course (MPL) and decided that I’d like to attend his. I’d looked at a number of others but was most impressed by Graham himself and what he could offer me – not only in training but also advice in building my business up afterwards. I’m now locksmithing on a day to day basis and often receive a number of referal jobs even in Birmingham from Graham. Him and the other lads in the office are always on the other end of the phone to help me out with stock purchasing or any other difficult queries I have come across – believe me you get them. I’d recommend the course to anyone and if you want to speak to me just ask Graham or someone at MPL for my number. Rgds, Lea Rodgers.
We do have a number of other students who have completed the course and would be more than happy to speak to you regarding their thoughts, and what they gained out of the course – good or bad. Give Graham a call on 01924 360444 and he’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have or refer you to one of our past students.
